Ingredients required for Low Carb Guacamole Bombs:
For the guacamole
- 2 ripe avocados, skin and stone removed
- ¼ cup low carb salsa
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- ½ tsp. ground cumin
- salt and pepper
For the coating
- 1 egg, beaten
- ½ cup low carb seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
How to prepare Low Carb Guacamole Bombs:
1 Take a bowl and mash all the guacamole ingredients well.
2 Add salt and pepper according to taste.
3 With the help of your hands or scoop make 12 to 15 balls of guacamole.
4 Now place them into baking pan and lined with silicone paper into it.
5 Cover it with plastic wrap and keep in the refrigerator for two hours.
6 Take a bowl and add beaten eggs into it and in other bowl breadcrumbs.
7 Now remove the guacamole balls from the freezer and dip one by one into beaten egg bowl and then coat into breadcrumbs bowl.
8 Take large skillet and add oil in it.
9 When heated up the oil add the guacamole bombs into it.
10 Cook well till both sides are crispy.
