Energy: 320 energy | Whole fats: 7g | Sugars: 4.8g |  Salts: 0.21g

  • 2 tins crimson kidney beans
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped 
  • 1 inexperienced pepper, finely chopped 
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 4 crackers, crumbled into breadcrumbs 
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree 
  • Pre-heat the oven to 200⁰C/400⁰F/Gasoline 6.
  • Drain the beans and mash with a fork in a bowl. 
  • Sauté the onion in oil for 3 minutes. Add the garlic, inexperienced pepper and carrot and cook dinner for five extra minutes. 
  • Mix beans, greens, tomato puree, egg and crackers collectively and form in to eight small burgers then bake in oven for 25 minutes till golden.
