\Week 3 of our Spring Slim Down Challenge is here and we know it can be easy to stray away from your goals a little bit so here are 5 tips to help you stay motivated and on track with your goals!

1. Plan Ahead

One of the best ways to stay on track with your workouts is to schedule them into your day. Write them down or add them to your calendar and block the time off so you feel driven to complete your workout each day.

2. Meal Prep

Take some time each week to meal prep + have healthy snacks on hand. This way, when you are in a bind, you’ll be prepared with nutritious options instead of reaching for the unhealthy choices in your pantry.

3. Mix Up Your Workouts

Don’t get stuck in a workout rut! Keep things interesting by mixing up your daily workouts. Try different types of workouts in the video library in our MOVE app. There is everything from HIIT to yoga!

4. Find a Workout Buddy

Having a workout buddy can make staying on track with your daily workouts more fun and motivating. This can be a family member, close friend, or an LSF babe! We also strongly believe that Accountability Groups play a key factor in keeping you motivated throughout our challenges. It is never too late to join one or create one!

Check out the Accountability Group post on @teamlsf on how to join a group! You can hold each other accountable and provide support when needed.

5. Reward Yourself

Don’t forget to celebrate your progress along the way! Set small goals for yourself and reward yourself when you achieve them. Treat yourself to a new workout outfit, a self care day, or a fun activity you enjoy. These rewards can help keep you motivated and excited to continue on your journey.

Let’s crush the rest of SSD together!
